Death spell 2 Ghoul

Yes yes the ghoul spell is up next!

The ghoul spell. learn it at lvl 5, the first death steal spell you get. Most death wizards are very proud of their necromancer when reaching this lvl. This spell has been a life saver in Triton avenue. Remember that line of quests you get from Duncan grimwater? Where you have to kill like five rotting fodders, and five haunted minions? Again something really annoying!
Well, all you have to do is cast a ghoul card, and there is just enough damage to kill the dude.

Instead of using a bunch of dark sprite cards to take him down, in the higher lvl's again, most wizards thing it useless. But it works as a better finishing move then the dark sprite! Here are three reasons why:

1. It only costs one more pip and can do more then double damage.

2. It also heals you.

3.It's just plain cooler then the dark sprite!

Also it serves a purpose in all wizard city boss's. Say your a lvl 13 wizard or so, and you come to fight the harvest lord. All you do is cast a banshee. Then instead of waiting for more pips to cast another, and you can't cast a dark sprite because it would not do enough damage to kill him, you need to use the ghoul. it's just perfect for that situation.

Also, the ghoul in general is a very popular and common monster to see. as a pet,

A boss,

And in just about every world in the spiral, you can find a ghoul mob monster walking the streets.

from wizard city,

To moo shu, and more!

So that about raps up the ghoul post. Also, as you may have noticed, this is not the second spell you get as a death wizard. This is the second death spell you can learn from malorn ashthorn, or Dworgyn. Then after i finish up those i will go on to the rest of the death spells, like traps and blades, poison, and beguile.

Viva wizard101!!!

Nice post. I agree that Ghoul is a great little spell. At the lover levels, it's just fantastic and as I work through Dragonspyre, I have put one back in my deck for times when I need more than a wand card to finish someone or to break a shield.
